Our hearing aids come with up to 4 years of international warranty against all manufacturing defects. On top of that, we offer a free maintenance service for up to 4 years which includes cleaning all parts of all our hearing aids.   

Not only that, a complete in-house lab products are available that gives you the convenience, peace of mind to get your products on time. 

InnoHear Lab is located in Kuala Lumpur in an easy accessible area to everyone. For other areas, you may walk into any of our branches or our partners offices to forward your inquires and our friendly staff will always attend to your inquiries in the most efficient way.
